The registered office is an address for service of documents. Property matters are dealt with in person and on site.
Out of hours
Anything involving fire, crime, violence or a medical emergency goes to 999 first. The company is told afterwards, not instead.
The same telephone number answers at any hour for everything else. An emergency is acknowledged within one hour whenever it is reported, with attendance or a contractor on site within twenty four hours. An out of hours call that is not an emergency is returned the next working morning. During any period when the director is unreachable the number diverts to a named deputy working to the same standard, and a placing authority is given that name and number in writing before any occupier moves in.
